It was a beautiful (hot!) day so we went to the water park...

Afterwards, we had a very tasty traditional Japanese meal at a great sushi restaurant in Gig Harbor... Thank you Takayuki and Asako!! :)

Our world famous chef explaining the special menu he prepared for us :) And quite literally 'prepared for us' ... he had special menus printed up for our dinner!

Everything was beautifully prepared - and the food just kept coming...

This was a special dish the chef made for me since I couldn't eat sushi.
Apparently raw fish is out, but 24kt gold is ok ;)

Sunrise

Actually watched the sunrise yesterday morning. I took this with my phone through my window so it's not the best. Mt. Ranier is barely visible (just to the right of the sun) – but it was SO beautiful...
